Psychology 195B offers Cognitive Science majors the opportunity to work (non-paid) for course credit in a fieldwork setting in the area of Cognitive Science and earn 4 units of upper division, non-graded course credits for the experience. Students must complete a Psych 195B Learning Contract on MY.UCLA and submit it to Psych Advising Office (1531 Franz Hall) by Friday of Week 1. They are then required to intern a minimum of 6 hours per week for the 10-week quarter (summer enrollees are required to intern a minimum of 68 hours over the 6-week session) and attend a two-hour weekly seminar, arranged by the fieldwork supervisor. A five to eight page typed research paper is also required.
