Psi Chi
Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in Psychology, founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating,
and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology. By joining Psi Chi you will be able
to: meet other psychology majors, establish contacts with faculty, learn about research and scholarship opportunities
that are available only to members, and participate in community service activities.
UCLA Psychology Society
Psych Society provides opportunities for students to enhance their understanding and appreciation of psychology through a variety of social and educational activities. We welcome students from all disciplines and encourages social interaction among peers while promoting research, internships, networking, peer advising, and community service all within a socially yet academically stimulating environment.
Undergraduate Gerontology & Alzheimer's Disease Awareness
The UGADA Association (Undergraduate Gerontology & Alzheimer's Disease Awareness) helps raise the awareness of the elderly in our society as well as of Alzheimer's disease - its pathology, causes, effects, and treatments. The mission of this organization is to educate fellow students about issues such as healthcare, policy, and lifestyle that the elderly struggle with on a daily basis and to encourage students in helping solve problematic issues in the near future.
Undergraduate Psychology Journal
The Undergraduate Psychology Journal (UPJ) is an on-line refereed journal published by the undergraduate students of UCLA's
chapter of Psi Chi. The journal is particularly interested in publishing new departures and cross-disciplinary psychological
research.
