We offer a number of Graphics/Media services. The most common services are described below. Please advise us of your needs and we will help you select the most appropriate and cost effective solution, including referral to other vendor sources.
Printing Services
Self-Serve Printing: We have two 600dpi laser printers attached to the network. One is a Hewlett Packard 5000dn for black and white printing. The other is a Hewlett Packard 4600DN color laser. Both will print single- sided or duplex. The printers are normally loaded with white bond paper. Transparencies or specialty papers can be loaded on request. You should have the appropriate HP drivers installed to use these printers from your workstation. These printers are on both E11001 and Psychology servers as \tech_services_laser and \tech_services_color. Contact the Help Desk for help with installation.
InkJet Printing: Photo quality ink jet prints up to 17 inches wide can be printed on a wide variety of media including matte and glossy photo paper, transparencies, labels, and card stock.
Poster Printing: Our 42 inch wide Hewlett Packard DesignJet T790 and T610 (1200 dpi) makes stunning large format prints for poster presentations and displays from a number of graphics applications.
Poster Rate: $11.04 per linear square foot

35mm Slide Production
High quality 35mm slides can be made from your PowerPoint files.
Scanning
The most common use of these services is for the creation of PowerPoint slide shows or the electronic transmission of documents.
- Flat copy to image file (any format).
- Overhead transparencies to image file.
- 35 mm slide to image file.
- Printed document to text (OCR) or image file.
Graphics Creation/Manipulation
We can create custom graphics, or manipulate your existing graphic files, using a variety of software packages. We can create and assemble PowerPoint presentations from various media including slides, overheads, and hardcopy.
CD Archiving
Computer files of all types can be permanently stored on CD.
Laminating
Plastic lamination of flat documents up to 11 X 17 inches.
