Laptop check out

Laptops and Netbooks are available for teaching purposes.  They can be checked out by faculty members or TAs in the storeroom.  Each computer will have a case and charger with it.

You may borrow a Sony VAIO or a Samsung Net book.  The laptop is generally more powerful than the netbook, so please consider your intended use before checking out either computer.  The netbook is very lightweight and good for quick, individual use.  The laptop is a better choice if you plan to use it to display charts or large data sets.
