Graduate Student Training In
the Fanselow Lab |

| We offer a number of training opportunities for qualified students
wishing to pursue a Ph.D., and who are interested in any of the
research questions that inspire the lab. Students may apply to the
Ph.D. program in the
UCLA Department of Psychology
,
which offers two relevant majors
Learning & Behavior
and
Behavioral Neuroscience,
or the
UCLA Interdisciplinary Program in Neuroscience
.
Financial support for graduate
students is provided by fellowships, research assistantships, and
teaching assistantships. Grant funding currently supporting graduate projects comes from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Institute on Mental Health (NIMH), and the National institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). Dr Fanselow is also the Program Director of the UCLA NIMH training grant in Behavioral Neuroscience.
