Assistant Project Scientist (exp 8/8/21)


The Department of Psychology is currently hiring for an Assistant Project Scientist. For more information regarding the Project Scientist series, please refer to the Call Appendix 36: Project (e.g. Scientist) Series:

Candidate must have a PhD in Clinical Psychology or related doctorate in Behavioral Health Services field. Job responsibilities include supporting the PI in the design and execution of extramurally-funded projects examining factors associated with implementation outcomes within public sector mental health services delivering evidence-based practices for youth. The candidate should have a strong background in advanced multilevel modeling, mixed methods, and implementation science. In addition, the project scientist will supervise graduate and undergraduate students conducting research projects.

Responsibilities include assisting the PI in design, data analysis and interpretation, manuscript preparation, grant preparation, and oversight of the ongoing projections of undergraduate and graduate students.  The position entails work effort equivalent to 30%.
