Congratulations to Blanche Wright (Clinical Area) who was selected as a Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Research Scholar. The aim of this program is to create a large cadre of diverse students from multiple disciplines whose research and leadership will inform and influence policy toward a ‘Culture of Health’. Health Policy Research Scholars are doctoral students from a variety of social sciences (e.g., urban planning, health, economics, ethnography, education, social work, etc.) who are training to be researchers. Each scholar will receive training and mentorship in health policy and an annual stipend of $30,000 for four years.
