Summary:  Under the direction of the Department Chair, Vice Chair for Undergraduate Studies, and Chair of the Cognitive Science Major Committee of the UCLA Department of Psychology, the Cognitive Science Coordinator will assume responsibility for reviewing and overseeing the interdisciplinary cognitive science major and minor curricula, requirements, and course offerings within Psychology and across other departments within the University and at other University programs. Duties include teaching some undergraduate courses per year; planning and developing the curriculum; researching and implementing innovative teaching methods and pedagogy; cultivating a partnership with faculty in order to integrate their input in program; and course development.
