Steps Involved in Concluding the Search
☐ Notify interviewed applicants not selected via E-mail. If you are uncertain about the content of that notification, consult with Rachelle Reamkitkarn, Department AP &HR Manager.
☐ Provide the Department administrator, Peter Saenz, with original signed offer letter as well as a copy of the standard interview questions and all interview notes of each search committee member for each interviewed candidate. This is an audit requirement and precedes the closing of the requisition.
☐ Review the New Employee Checklist for Managers to ensure your new hire experiences a welcoming atmosphere, understands his/her duties and responsibilities, and receives the tools needed and guidance necessary to acclimate to life in your unit, the Department of Psychology, and at UCLA.
