You will also need to complete the State Oath of Allegiance, Patent Policy, and Patent Acknowledgment, but please do not sign and date the forms as it is required that we complete that step when we meet in person to finalize your hiring paperwork.

Background check: Background Check Authorization From

Please note: you will not be able to start working until the results of your background check are released.

You will be sent an e-mail from a system called Tracker I-9 Complete (employment.authorization@universityofcalifornia.edu <i9complete@trackercorp.com>). Tracker I-9 is an online system that is used to verify the identity and confirm the employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. It is imperative that you respond to the e-mail either on or prior to your start date. Finalizing Tracker after your start date may delay your start date. Please be sure to bring your employment verification documents from List A or List B and C (See List of Acceptable Documents) in person to our HR office within three business days of the date employment begins. Please bring the original documents, we do not accept copies of documents.
