This internship is a great opportunity for students looking to have genuine responsibility and growth experiences.
Some of the tasks will include:
· The development and distribution of marketing and communication materials.
· Leadership duties and responsibilities at events and campaigns.
· Meetings - Zoom, as well as in person, with senior staff and key personnel.
Interns will report to the Marketing Director and learn the finer details of marketing. Interns will also collaborate with the Finance, Publicity and Executive teams.
We consider our interns “team members” and refer to them as such.
Special Qualifications
Applicants must posses basic computer skills including but not limited to: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong writing skills are a plus.

Position Details:
The marketing and communications interns will provide support to Witness through writing, material development, event planning, research and evaluation. The interns will help to develop and implement communications strategies and materials that engage Witness members and prospective members; promote collaboration among a broad spectrum of stakeholder groups and raise awareness of Witness to Mass Incarceration within the broader community.
