Psychology Undergraduate Student Commencement Speaker Application

Application Instructions

To be eligible, you must be a declared Psychology, Psychobiology, or Cognitive Science major who graduated Fall 2025 or Winter 2026, or a degree candidate who will be graduating Spring or Summer 2026. Your DAR will be checked for verification.

The undergraduate commencement speaker will have the honor of presenting a 3 minute speech on behalf of the graduating class at the Psychology Undergraduate Commencement Celebration on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

To apply to speak at the Psychology Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony, you must submit a written copy of your speech draft AND a video draft of you giving the speech. Applications must be submitted no later than Wednesday, May 13th, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

The speaker will be selected by the Psychology Commencement Committee by Week 10 of Spring quarter.
