Psychology Staff Spotlight Award – Diego Garcia

We are happy to announce that Diego Garcia, our Instructional Scheduling Coordinator, has been selected to receive the Psychology Staff Spotlight award for his outstanding work in Student Services. Diego has only held this position for sixteen months, starting during the pandemic in May 2020. He was trained fully remotely and is meeting staff and faculty in person only now! However, in this short and more difficult time on the job, Diego has been able to schedule our courses, communicating with faculty and TAs in a fully remote world and now in a mix of remote and in-person classes this quarter. Diego has met all the challenges he’s faced and has an intuitive flair for putting all the puzzle pieces together. Congratulations, and thank you, Diego, for all your excellent work!
