Marisa Molta has been selected to receive the Spring 2019 Staff Spotlight Award! Marisa serves as our Payroll Specialist in the Human Resources office. She was recruited into this position in June of 2018. She helped the Human Resources team through the transition to UCPath this fall and maintained essential training and reference information for the new system. She is diligent with maintaining payroll activities and reviewing transactions for accuracy. While being challenged by UCPath, she has been able to overcome these obstacles by closely monitoring the monthly reports using her exceptional skills in excel and data management. She also has played a vital role working on new ways to streamline our HR/Payroll processes. We appreciate her willingness, dedication, and determination to successfully resolve all issues that come her way. She is a great addition to our team. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition and thank you for all you do!
